Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

GhoulBytes Customs offers custom PC building services and consultation.
All systems are built with care, thoroughly inspected, and tested before shipping to ensure proper function.

Only one order is accepted at a time per customer.

 

2. Payments and Fees

• Consultation fee: $50 (non-refundable).

• Build deposit: $50 (non-refundable under any circumstance).

• Labor fees depend on how complex and expensive your build is.

• All payments must be made through PayPal only. No exceptions.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes are permitted. Filing a false chargeback after receiving a custom build may result in legal or financial consequences.

 

3. Components and Responsibilities

GhoulBytes Customs does not stock or own any hardware. All components are either:

1. Provided directly by the buyer, or

2. Purchased specifically for the buyer based on their budget and approval.

Once components have been received from the buyer or purchased on their behalf, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

4. Shipping Policy

• GhoulBytes Customs ships within the US only.

• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, except for warranty replacements covered under the workmanship warranty.

• Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

• GhoulBytes Customs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or carrier-caused damage once the package has left our care.

 

5. Warranty

GhoulBytes Customs provides a 60-day workmanship warranty.
To qualify for warranty service:

• The issue must be communicated immediately upon receiving the product.

• Any replacements under warranty must be approved before shipping the system back.

• This warranty covers mistakes or defects in workmanship only.

Customer-caused damage of any kind is not covered.

Replacement parts under warranty must meet the following requirements:

• The buyer must submit the affected component for replacement through the manufacturer first.

• If the manufacturer’s warranty is expired, GhoulBytes Customs cannot replace the component for free and the buyer may be responsible for the cost of replacement parts.

Warranty repairs cover labor and return shipping to the buyer once repairs are completed.

 

6. No Refunds or Returns

GhoulBytes Customs does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales, deposits, and fees are final.
Warranty repair is the only form of service available after delivery.

 

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before any components have been received or purchased.
Once hardware is in our possession or has been ordered on the buyer’s behalf, cancellation is no longer possible.
All fees and deposits remain non-refundable.

 

8. Liability

GhoulBytes Customs is not responsible for:

• Data loss

• Software issues

• Damage occurring after the product arrives

• Incorrect handling, installation, or misuse by the buyer

The buyer agrees to use the product responsibly and acknowledges that any mishandling voids the workmanship warranty.

 

9. Behavior and Service Refusal

We expect respectful communication.
Persistent rushing, impatience, hostility, or demands may result in refusal of service for future orders.
