A: Nope. We only summon Windows desktop PCs.

Q: Can you work with Linux or other operating systems?

A: Sorry, Windows is where the magic happens.

Q: Do you do custom paint jobs or mesh modifications?

A: We focus on building your PC, not painting it. No case painting or mesh mods here!

Q: How do I start a build order?

A: Fill out our PC Build Consultation Form! The consultation fee is $50 (non-refundable.) We’ll reach out via email to begin your hauntingly crafted build.

Q: Why are deposits non-refundable?

A: Deposits secure our time for your PC—and keep trolls from haunting our forms. We focus on clients who are serious about their builds.

Q: Do I need to provide my own components?

A: Your choice! You can provide them or let us conjure the perfect parts for you to purchase for your dream PC.

Q: How do you communicate during consultations and updates on my order?

A: We keep things cozy (and a little spooky) through Discord. Once your consultation is approved, you’ll receive an email from us—there, we’ll ask for your Discord username so we can summon you directly. All updates, questions, and build progress will flow through our Discord chat like whispers in the dark.

Q: What if my PC arrives damaged?

A: Report issues immediately! Damage caused by the customer or shipping isn’t covered.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not yet! For now, we only ship inside the U.S.

Q: How long will it take to get my PC?

A: It depends on parts and customization. Patience is hauntingly rewarded—your perfect PC will rise.

Q: Who builds my PC?

A: Every PC is crafted in-house by GhoulBytes Customs. No outside specialists.
