What Is a Consultation?

A consultation is your first step toward getting a custom PC built or upgraded just for you. It’s a one-on-one chat where you tell us what you want, what you need, and what you dream of—whether that’s a cozy gaming rig, a powerful workstation, or something stylish to show off.

During your consultation, we’ll:

• Go over your budget

• Figure out what kind of performance you’re looking for

• Recommend the best parts for the lowest prices

• Answer any questions you have

• Make sure we’re the right fit for your build

And don’t worry—you’re not locked in. If you decide after the consultation that we aren’t the right fit for you, you absolutely don’t have to move forward with having us build or upgrade your PC.

If you do want to continue with us, just let us know. We’ll send you an invoice for the deposit fee, and then reach back out shortly to invoice you for your full budget total and other fees so we can begin gathering your components.

It’s basically the “let’s plan your perfect PC together” stage before any parts are ordered or work begins.
